Cantorelli

Cantorelli orginally came into being when the eight founder members formed a small chorus within a larger choir (The Hepton Singers) and started to meet regularly as a small group to explore a wider repertoire of a capella music.

Cantorelli has been performing for over 15 years, mainly in and around Hebden Bridge. Most members of the group live in Hebden Bridge or have connections with the Calder Valley. The group has worked with many professional singers including John Potter from the Hilliard Singers and Anna Friman from Trio Medieval and most recently with Sue Roper, Director of Vocal Studies, and Peter Wilson at the Royal Northern College of Music.
